Welcome to the Manchester Showdown, the new UK DotA 2 LAN. This event is run by the British Gaming League, who brought you the weekly UK DotA Cup. This Showdown series has the following format: a weekend of online qualifiers to distinguish the 4 best teams from the rest; and a LAN final, where the semifinal and finals will be played.
The LAN final is going to be hosted in GAME, situated in the intu Trafford Centre on the 18th August 2017.
Ticket Types
Player ticket is the ticket you buy as a player if you know the finalised roster of your team.
If you do not have five players confirmed you, as a player, can buy a Team Ticket. This is a ticket that has your name on, with four blank spaces for players on it. So you can decide closer to the time what your roster will be.
Spectator tickets will need to be purchased just to give us an idea of how many spectators we will be getting on the day.
THIS IS A TICKET FOR THE QUALIFIERS, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY MORE MONEY IF YOU RECEIVE AN INVITE TO THE LAN.
Ticket Purchasing:
For a team to signup for the qualifiers, each player of the team must purchase a 'Player Ticket' from this site. When you purchase your ticket, you will be prompted to enter the name of your team. This is the name that you and your team will use, and what we will use to group the teams together and ensure they have paid.
Only then, the team will be seeded into the weekend qualifier along with other eligible teams.
Qualifier Information:
On the 30th July 2017 and 6th August, the online qualifiers will be taking place. It will be played in a double elimination format, with teams randomly seeded. The top two teams from each qualifier will be invited to the LAN final on the 18th August 2017 at the Intu Trafford Centre.
YOU HAVE TO ATTEND THE LAN WITH THE ROSTER YOU USED IN THE QUALIFIERS, IF YOU RECEIVE AN INVITE. ALL ROSTER CHANGES WILL HAVE TO BE DISCUSSED WITH RJ BEFOREHAND.

Je n'ai pas reçu mon billet par e-mail. Que dois-je faire ?
La première chose à faire est de vérifier vos filtres de spam et votre boîte mail. Vos billets ont été envoyés en tant que pièce jointe et peuvent être considérés comme spam par certains services de messagerie. Sinon, vous pouvez toujours trouver vos billets sur votre compte Billetto auquel vous pouvez accéder dans les navigateurs ou l'application Billetto. Pour plus d'aide à ce sujet, consultez ceci.

Je souhaite annuler mon billet et me faire rembourser. Que dois-je faire ?
L'approbation des remboursements est entièrement décidée par l'organisateur de l'événement, et vous devez prendre contact avec lui pour discuter des options s'offrant à vous. Pour contacter l'organisateur de l'événement, il suffit de répondre à l'e-mail de confirmation de votre commande ou d'utiliser le formulaire "Contacter l'organisateur" sur le profil de l'organisateur. Si des billets supplémentaires sont disponibles, vous en serez informé (par e-mail) parmi les autres personnes qui se sont inscrites sur la liste. Les achats se font selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Pour plus d'informations, consultez ceci.

Où puis-je trouver un lien vers un événement en ligne ?
Consultez la page de confirmation de votre commande ou l'e-mail de confirmation de votre commande. En général, l'organisateur de l'événement fournit les détails dans l'e-mail de confirmation de la commande ou il peut vous envoyer un e-mail de suivi avec un lien vers son événement en ligne. Vous pouvez également consulter la description de l'événement sur Billetto où l'organisateur de l'événement devrait décrire comment rejoindre l'événement en ligne.
