This evening we dive into the Ancient Mystical Art of Tantra.
Annalisa is a Jivamukti teacher who will lead you through an active yoga sequence of postures, where deliberative breath will be your first tool to bring balance and harmony within.
Using specially prepared music you will be led to a state of stillness, healing your body and mind : The Physical, Emotional and Intellectual. Finishing the yoga practise in a state of peace, ready to guide ourselves to the union of our mind, body and spirit. Whilst in savasana, you will be ready to go on a guided meditation of inner awakenings.
Neil is a Meditation teacher and healer, and will lead you on a journey through:
- Ancient Tantra knowledge
- The importance of self empowerment
- Yogic Chakra Alignment
- Repairing your Merkaba

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
