We are very excited to welcome Matt Osborne to join us in the kitchen in September for the first collaboration since our wonderful refurbishment. Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Matt cut his teeth at a number of well-respected restaurants in his home town, before moving to London to join Terroir and then do a year at two-Michelin starred The Ledbury in Notting Hill.
Nicholas met Matt during his 3-year tenure at Toasted in East Dulwich, where he brought his focused, seasonal and delicious style of food to the lucky folk of south London. Since leaving Toasted in January 2016, Matt has been running his own pop-ups, including a 6-week residency at Unwined, and is a well-respected gun for hire, recently on the opening team at The Other Naughty Piglets in Victoria.
Nick and Matt have worked together before, so the menu is looking set to be a super interesting collaboration of Autumnal ingredients and beautifully sourced meat. Watch the Salon Instagram for menu announcements.
