The Purpose Conference invites successful business leaders across multiple platforms including property, finance and fashion to share their "How I Made It" story with you to help you find your purpose and build your personal brand. Ismali Oshodi is an Entrepreneur founder of Oshodi Foods. A Motivational Speaker, and Mentor who has gone on to empower thousands of young people through his social media platforms, videos and life training programs.

Arfy has headed up 6 UK and 1 Dubai group of companies, In 2013, she was promoted to assistant vice president and lead a team of 10 accountants for the third largest investment bank in the world, with assets of over $20billion. In 2014 her firm organised a conference for world banks to use their powers to immobilise the funds of the Assad regime in Syria. She has offered financial services to investment trusts, UK, Russian and South African investment companies/banks.
