Campo Viejo brings people together this August, with a larger than life pink fountain to celebrate its new rosé wine

This August, transport yourself away from the hustle and bustle of Central London as Campo Viejo, the UK’s number one rioja brand, brings the vibrancy of Spain to the South Bank for one day only on Thursday August 15th.

The star of the show will be the Campo Viejo Rosé Fountain, a Mediterrenean style pink water fountain, as Campo Viejo gives Brits the chance to truly live the Spanish way of life for the day. The show-stopping fountain’s water jet will reach 6m in height (around the length of a London bus!) and will be surrounded by several smaller jets bringing a riot of colour to the London skyline.

Visitors to the Campo Viejo Rosé Fountain will be able to toast the day long fiesta with cool, crisp glasses of the brand new Campo Viejo Rosé at the fountain’s pop-up bar, against a backdrop of high-tempo, feel-good Spanish-style music. Campo Viejo Rosé is pale in colour and vibrant in taste, with flavours of cherry, citrus, strawberry and rose petals delivering a refreshing, dry finish, giving a slice of Spanish life with every sip.

A mouth-watering selection of authentic Pintxos style street food from Jimmy Garcia will be served up, including delectable Charcuterie boards from Jimmy’s home town of Asturias in Spain, rustic crusty baguettes, creamy Manchego, fiery Padron peppers and crisp patatas bravas.

Maria Huete, Campo Viejo’s experienced wine expert will be hosting a selection of wine tasting and food pairing sessions throughout the day, giving visitors the chance to experience the taste and flavours of Campo Viejo Rosé.
