Terrarium Workshop
Join us to learn how to build your own Jar Terrarium.
Learn the history of Terrariums, how to care for them and the ideal plants to fill them with. You will be provided with everything you need to create your own little ecosystem, we will have a range of plants for you to choose from including Fittonia,Ivy and Moss as well as a large sealable glass jar. We will guide you through creating your own terrarium which will be all yours to take home at the end of the session. This is a great individual or group experience for anyone who wants to learn some new indoor gardening skills.
You will leave with a care guide for your terrarium as well as all you need to know about how to make more terrariums as we know they can be quite addictive!
We will be hosting this event at X+why in Whitechapel. X+why is a new, purpose-driven co-working hub based in East London. Uniting start-ups that believe in the power of 'business as a force for good' and marrying profit with people and planet. We will have private use of the 'Mission Room' for the workshop.

In the middle of the gateway to East London, we’re smack-dab in between Whitechapel and Aldgate Underground Stations on the famous Whitechapel Road:

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you are unable to attend tickets can be used by someone else. Please contact us directly if you are unable to make it on the day.
How to I get my terrarium home?
We will provide a plastic bag, but we recommend bringing a more sturdy bag along with you if possible.
