Guided tasting with Holly Chaves & the Longflint team from 7-8pm followed by drinks & toasties in the bar.
Tottenham based cheesemonger Holly Chaves is going to be pairing six drinks from the Longflint range with six delicious British cheeses at our space on Rivington Street.
Your ticket gets you:
- Six Longflint cocktails & six cheeses plus pickles, condiments & Soffle chips.
- One of Holly’s amazingly cheesy Cacio e Pepe toasties after the tasting

Holly has been a cheesemonger in the London food scene for a number of years, carving out a name for herself and working closely with some of the city’s best cheesemakers and emerging natural wine producers. She launched Wine & Rind to channel her passion for cheese and wine and has popped up at locations such as Sager + Wilde, Sourced Market, Cannon & Cannon and Tottenham Social and now has a shop & toastie bar at her beloved local Holcombe Market.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
