We break things down workshop style so that you can get more out of your practice. Tune up your knowledge so that you can spend your yoga class focusing on the happenings on your mat instead of those around you.
This workshop will give you the basics you need to either start your yoga practice or to gain a better understanding about the alignment of postures you are already practicing in class.
Kelly will take you through the individual asanas and how they link and flow together to give you a solid foundation of a basic vinyasa yoga practice. You'll cover sun salutations, standing and seated postures, as well as some basic yoga terminology.
Join us for this fun two hour workshop in the heart of Shoreditch. Please arrive at 9.20am for a 9.30am start. Please bring pen and paper and a bottle of water. Mats provided.
