Calling all wheat/gluten free folk (or people with gluten/wheat free friends, family & partners you’d like to bake for)!

Jayne Totty of Supernourished leads this cooking class in all things delicious, baked and wheat/gluten free.

The day’s program will include:

  • Info about gluten and wheat free flours and how to use them.
  • Nutritional discussion on wheat and gluten free flours.
  • Gluten and wheat free bread & tart pastry making for savoury dishes.
  • Gluten and wheat free treats such as brownies, cookies & muffins.
  • Trouble shooting common wheat and gluten free baking problems.
  • Take home recipes of everything made in class and techniques for successful wheat and gluten free baking.

Fee: *£65 General Admission *£52 Concession (includes a delicious organic lunch) *This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
