A guide to transferring your Billetto ticket

Purchased a ticket and want to transfer it to a friend? You can now do it yourself in 5 easy steps.

Step 1

Log in to your Billetto account and click the "ticket" icon on the top-right-hand side.

Step 2

Select the event you'd like to transfer the tickets for and click on "Transfer tickets".

Step 3

Type in the name and email address of your friend in the fields on the right-hand side.

Step 4

Tick off the ticket you'd like to transfer in the box below.

Step 5

Complete the transfer by clicking the orange "Give tickets to your friend" button at the bottom of the page - and you're done!

Your friend will be sent an email with the copy of the ticket in it. They can also find the electronic copy of their ticket in their Billetto account. If they don't have a Billetto account - they can create one using the email address you have entered for them when making a transfer, and they will find the electronic ticket in their Billetto account after the registration.
