Who pays the Billetto fee?
The choice is yours. You can choose whether you want to pay or if the ticket buyer should pay. In Scandinavia, around 95% of organisers prefer the costs to be covered by the ticket buyer. No matter what, the fee will never surpass 130 DKK.
When will I get paid for my event?
If you haven't made an agreement through Stripe, the revenue from your ticketsales will be paid out within 3-5 business days after the end of your event. The payout includes a detailed receipt itemising your total revenue and any fees.
Are there any strings attached?
No, Billetto offers its services without subscription, binding or other obligations.
