Frame BARRE is a series of low-instensity intervals. The exercises have been selected and put together to work your entire body increasing both strength and flexibility creating long, lean muscles. We promise to try not make you sweat before work! This is a barefoot class but please come in your leggings as we don't have changing facilities or showers. All levels welcome!
