Monkey Toast Level One Intensive March 14th - 17th

Mar 14 2017 10:00 - 12:00

Ovalhouse Theatre, 52-54 Kennington Oval, SE11 5SW London

This is an introductory four day, intensive course in Chicago Style Improvisation. Our intensive Level One classes are a great way to learn everything you need in order to have a solid foundation in improvisation, especially if you have a job or lifestyle that would make committing to a weekly class problematic or inconvenient.

Our Level One class is an accessible introduction to improvisation that will take you through the most basic elements of spontaneity to full blown, multi-character scene work in the space of four days. You'll learn how to properly "Yes And" ideas, you'll create games within scenes and then play them for hilarity, you'll learn stagecraft, active listening and many, many more skills that can be used for comedy, creativity or even around the office. Plus you'll come out of the classes more confident, more creative and with a whole class-full of new pals (we can't promise that last one, it just always happens).

There is no prerequisite skill level for this class, so if you've read this far, you're good to go.
