I am very proud to introduce to you my new series of supper clubs, Indian Summer. Here, I hope to showcase how my food is evolving and improving as I continue my journey through the world of food. The aim of Indian Summer is to keep the warm summer vibes continuing well into autumn (well one can only hope!). The food will be inspired by my cultural background while pushing me to create plates bursting with flavour. Fantastic food in an informal environment is my idea of a great night out and I hope to deliver just that for you!
Indian Summer Menu
Saffron, cardamom, gin and tonic
Sourdough & Spice
Freshly baked sourdough from Pettigrew Bakery served with spiced smoked butter
Curry and Beer
My homage to a British institution! Crispy croquettes of beef short rib cooked slowly in beer and spices
Spiced salmon fillet, saffron potatoes, carrot, cumin and lime
Peaches and Cream
Peach, Pistachio, Rose and Cream
Indian Summer supper club will be held in the stunning and handsome West Lodge building in Bute Park, home to the equally magnificent Pettigrew Tea Rooms. The setting and venue only just surpassed by the amazing team there that support me during the supper clubs. I am over the moon to be returning to Pettigrew Tea Rooms which is quickly beginning to feel like home.
Entry will be only though the West Lodge Gate on Castle Street
The menu is set and there are no alternative menu options, I can cater for some dietary requirements but not all - please contact if you have any questions on this
The dining area is situated up a flight of 17 steps
It is BYO with corkage at £5.50 for standard size bottles of wine and £2.50 on bottles/can beer (this may change as we have applied for an alcohol licence)
Soft drinks, teas and coffees will be available to purchase
