Harvey Nichols are hosting a special vegan dinner by celebrated chef-turned-blogger Gaz Oakley.
The man behind Avant-Garde Vegan, Gaz Oakley will be cooking up five courses of classic, indulgent dishes - such as beef Wellington and fish n chips - using only vegan ingredients. With over 250,000 subscribers on YouTube showcasing his exciting creations, this is your chance to taste the delicious dishes cooked by the man himself.
There will also be a vegan wine list for the night. After the meal, Gaz Oakley will be signing copies of his brand new book 'Vegan 100: Over 100 Incredible Recipes from Avant-Garde Vegan', so you can get your hands on a copy two days before its official release.
Raw beetroot ravioli, cream ‘cheese’, wasabi, shallot rings

Main Course ‘Fillet steak’ Wellington, potato purée, baby onion, rich jus Or Camden Ale batter ‘fish’ n chips, tartare sauce, smoked pea, ketchup (this dish contains gluten but can be made gluten free if pre-requested when booking)
Dessert Salted caramel chocolate bar, honeycomb, kirsch-soaked cherries, chocolate mousse Or Coconut and vanilla ‘panna cotta', blood orange syrup, ‘meringue’, lavender shortbread

Avant-Garde Vegan by Gaz Oakley x Harvey Nichols CANVAS Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge Doors open at 7pm, dinner will be served at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £45 and include a five course meal with a complementary welcome drink.
