Introducing you to Authentic Confidence. Anna Kane is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Professional Doctorate researcher looking at self-confidence in the workplace through the lens of mindfulness, compassion and authenticity. She has coached and trained hundreds of women in business and government and believes passionately in supporting women to learn to respond constructively to the confidence challenges they face at work.
Attend a free session to hear her talk about confidence in the workplace, why things seem to be different for women, and how we can start to develop and transform our working lives using mindfulness, compassion, group coaching, and other teachings including voice and breathwork, mind-body intelligence, nutrition, menstruality, yoga and group dynamics.
Anna is also a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, and during the free session will teach you a specially designed mindfulness practice to help you become more grounded and composed in the workplace. After just one hour you will take away practices that you can apply immediately in the workplace.
