Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic,exciting,effective fitness system! It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements and it's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, and some Bollywood and belly dance, Squats and lunges are also included to tone those muscles. It utilises the principle of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximise caloric output,fat burning and total body toning.
