For our first wine tasting of the year, we are delighted to be able to showcase the wines of the Zuccardi family.
Led by Richard Gordon, the Export Manager for Bodega Familia Zuccardi, we will be showing some of the finest Argentine wines available, from one of their finest producers.
With a range that encompasses everything from the well known Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon through to lesser known grapes such as Bonarda and, of course, the ubiquitous Malbec.
Since starting as a winery in the 1960’s, the Zuccardi name has become synonymous with quality and innovation. Indeed, noted wine critic Jancis Robinson has stated that they are a “blueprint for the future of Argentine wine”.
34 year old Sebastian Zuccardi has been named one of the top 10 Argentinian winemakers to watch, and his commitment to the idea that wineries should focus on getting the best out of the region, has proven to be a success, with his wines winning numerous awards and receiving consistently high scores.
These are truly stunning wines, made to the highest standard and this will be an evening not to miss.
