A Hatha inspired series of sun salutations and strengthening, lengthening poses at a slower pace. The perfect opportunity to look inwards and focus on our body, alignment and breath as we flow.
This class is Slow & steady and a little bit sweaty &suitable for all levels.
Mats provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
