Description

Let the beauty of the instrument shine. This is a series of alternative instrumental pieces putting masters of their craft on the centre stage.


Featuring the following 3 bands (for the price of one ticket!)

Poulomi Desai

Poulomi Desai is a self-taught, outsider, multi-media artist since 1980, when she set up Hounslow Arts Co-op at the age of 14. Originally inspired by a street theatre background, her works are performative, textual, image based, and acoustic.

James Nicholl

Sculptor and Musician based in Hackney, London. His original music is influenced by a range of styles including Flamenco, Metal, R&B, Jazz and Blues. James a self taught guitarist, bassist and singer of seven years, lucky enough to have played a wealth of different venues, including The Lotus Temple in Delhi, Teufelsburg in Berlin and The Faraday Theatre in The Royal Institution.

Alex Haines

Guitarist & composer born in Wales and based in London. His music draws inspiration from figures as diverse as Paul Motian, Ry Cooder and Tom Harrell. Placing melody at the forefront, his spacious and intricately crafted music just saw its first release on his debut EP 'Outlanders' in an intimate trio with Alex Munk (g) and Nick Jurd (b).

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
