Zaad Dinner Club is hosting another special pop up at Space at 61, and this time it is all about Palestinian olive oil!
Olive oil is possibly the single most important ingredient in Palestinian cooking, in times of war and hardship, olive oil was used as a replacement for animal based ingredients, these adapted dishes have become a staple in Palestinian cuisine. This month's supper club is showcasing all those delicious local specialities using the very best fair trade Palestinian olive oil
