We’re excited to announce our upcoming collaboration with Brighton based whole-beast experts FLANK, who will be taking to the stoves of the Yosma kitchen for one night only on Thursday 14th September.

Cooking up a veritable feast, Tom Griffiths, Founder of the critically acclaimed pop-up, has joined forces with Hus to create a one-off menu which combines our meze plates and meyhane style dishes with Tom’s love of fermentation, seasonality and open fire cooking, of course, over the coals of the mangal grill.

The dinner, which kicks off with Raki cocktails and snacks to warm you up, will be a rare chance to see one of the most influential chefs of 2017 cooking in the capital.

With 8 courses, including the main event of a whole 30 day hung lamb in signature FLANK style, the evening will pack a punch with flavours from the East meeting native ingredients, all set against our little slice of Istanbul on Baker Street.

We hope you can make it - the dinner will begin at 7.30pm, and will be £30pp, inclusive of a welcome drink, snacks and an 8-course dinner.

Lamb Manti
Turkish dumplings, stuffed with lamb neck, yogurt sauce, chilli oil, mint

MANGAL YOSMA X FLANK

Börek
Oven-baked pastry filled with spinach, feta, pine nut, mint (V)

Ateş
Whole lamb (aged hogget) hung for 30 days cooked over open fire
Mezze, lamb fat potato dumpling, bitter herbs, cultured yoghurt

DESSERT YOSMA X FLANK

Warm Tahini Cake, hazelnut ice cream

Cezve - Coffee served as a light parfait
