Join YogaBox founders Chris and Will for a Sunday morning workout followed by a delicious superfood brunch at the jazzy '100 Islington', Upper Street's acclaimed new venture from the team behind 100 Hoxton!
Sunday 18th of September, 9am - a 75 minute action packed YogaBox class to put a spring in your step followed by a healthy brunch feast, fresh juices and unlimited tea and coffee over some well earned chit chat.
The class:
Our Signature 75 class will leave you feeling blissed out and ready to eat- Will uses yoga to mobilise and energise you before Chris takes you through an intense boxing, cardio and strenght workout. We end class with more yoga, deep stretches and mindfulness to allow you to loosen off the body and calm the mind.
The food:
Brunch club is an excellent opportunity to start the day with a workout and also replenish the body in the optimal one hour post exercise window for maximal recovery. 100 Islington's menu offers delicious vegan and veggie dishes as well as those for the carnivores among us. What you need to bring:
Boxing gloves will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have them.
We can supply your yoga mat for a £1 rental fee on arrival or you can bring your own.
If you have boxing hand wraps please bring these too.
Tickets price INCLUDES the 75 minute class, glove rental, a brunch dish, green juice and unlimited tea and coffee. Yum!

Arrival: Please arrive at 8.45am, 15 minutes prior to the class starting to settle on your mat. The restaurant doors will close and class will start at 9am so we cannot accept late arrivals, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Refunds: Tickets are non refundabe but are transferrable- please contact us at info@yogabox.london if you need to transfer your ticket to someone else.
