This workshop is aimed at those looking to develop confidence and grace in their inversions.
We appreciate that it can be intimidating and a bit scary experimenting with inversions in a busy yoga class!! That's why we have specifically designed this workshop with the luxury of 2 hours and 2 qualified teachers to enable safe but fun exploration of headstand (sirsasana) variations using correct technique and breath control.
We will also introduce forearm balance (pincha mayurasana) and handstand (adho mukha vrksasana) techniques, which are more accessible inversions than you may think!
The aim here is to build confidence, eliminate fear and provide a safe environment for you to play with the wonderful world of inversions at your own pace and with the full support and guidance of two experienced yoga teachers. All levels are welcome.
