Urban Coterie is delighted to launch a series of monthly ‘Yoga with a View’ classes beginning Monday 1st August, to ensure you start the week on a high.
With epic views from the 17th floor overlooking the London skyline, the sessions will be hosted by The House of Yoga and Love Yogi Teacher Zara Pittman, whose Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes aim to inspire self-transformation and assist you in achieving your potential.
If that’s not enough, Michelin star chef Anthony Demetre has created a Gluten Free Power Breakfast for each guest to take with them following the class. Using entirely natural ingredients, the breakfast includes a NutriBullet Smoothie packed with blueberries and banana blended with chia, flaxseed, dates and almonds and a Gluten-Free Granola with toasted oats, buckwheat, dried berries and natural yoghurt.
Tickets are available for the price of £17.50, to include a 1-hour yoga class and Gluten Free Power Breakfast
