The class is broken down into 3 sections:
FLOW - a fiery flow to get the heart rate up and get the blood and energy flowing - involving 1.5kg hand weights (optional)
SCULPT - a sculpting section that targets specific muscle groups and builds tone and definition in the body
UNWIND - after we sweat and sculpt, we unwind and relax with a deep stretch and relaxation meditation.
All mats and equipment are provided.
