This workshop is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga and wants to set up strong foundations for their practice. During the session we will go through the fundamental principles of vinyasa yoga, work on setting up a strong breath for the practice and go through some of the core postures and how to transition between them smoothly and safely (and have fun whilst doing it!). You will leave feeling much more confident in your practice.
