universe is dynamic. and of course you are too!
because of pandemia we forced to unactivity. I know sometimes it feels like prison. Even we feel okay with it subconsciousness is not okay because being lazy is not in our nature. And also its not nature of Life as well.
Dynamism is not depends on activity because even stillness has dynmasim in own way.
So , i invite you to find this dynmasim in ourselves with yoga ! Every 21 th 8 am in the morning with UTC 1 Time zone
we will practice yoga together ( totaly beginner friendly ) and We will reward ourselves with the wise method of yoga!

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Yoga for Total Relaxation tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
