This two-hour workshop will be delivered on a donation basis.
Every £1 donated will be used to plant a tree in the Amazon Rainforest. Card reader available on the day.
The workshop will consist of:
- Intention setting (15mins)
- Healing yin (15mins)
- Strong yang flow (60mins)
- Guided meditation (15mins)
- Discussion, vegan cake & juice & eco-product shop (15mins)

My love of yoga, both on and off the mat has been a beautiful practice that has reshaped my life. I focus on bringing people back to their natural balance through the breath. I'm here to help you re-connect within to awaken your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul. I also love to find the natural balance between yin and yang in my classes and within each posture. My teaching is done with my heart wide open and I share my compassion and joy for the practice in my classes and workshops. I'm grateful to share this practice and fully honour the stage everyone is at in their journey. I teach a wide variety of styles from Hatha to Vinyasa to Power to Yin, Nidra and Meditation.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
