Description
A 2hr workshop which will teach you all the essentials needed to help you start your yoga journey. You will leave this workshop feeling confident to attend regular classes and find your yoga-mojo!
We will start the workshop with learning the basics of yoga and the ancient philosophy behind it. We will then discuss different styles of yoga along with choosing the right style for you. You will learn all the key yoga postures such as sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, forward & back bends, twists, and even a couple of simple inversions.
You will also learn about alignment, how to work towards learning ease & stability in your poses. We will speak about the importance of the breath – the benefits of breathe in your practice and how you can begin to use it as a simple form of mediation.
This workshop will offer a more relaxed approach allowing you to ask questions throughout and receive 1-1 alignment guidance throughout the poses. Stick around after the workshop for some light refreshments and chat!
*No previous yoga experience is needed – just bring yourself! Yoga mats, straps & blocks will be provided.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
