Description
A day long retreat in a peaceful centre in the beautiful Berkshire countryside just one hour from London (transport provided).
Arrival is from mid-morning for a selection of teas and healthy snacks provided by the award winning 'Time for Tea'.
We will then enjoy an extended yoga session of energising and uplifting yoga (for all levels). This will be followed by a delicious lunch and a selection of homemade cakes before a peaceful stroll across local fields, woodland and along the river. We will cap the day off with a long, relaxing restorative yoga session, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed and re-energised!
The schedule will be as follows:
11.00-11.30 - Selection of delicious teas
11.45-13.00 - A yoga class in a beautiful garden to energise, ground and balance
13.00-14.00 - Delicious vegetarian lunch provided by the award winning 'Time for Tea' followed by homemade cakes!
14.00-15.00 - Guided stroll through fields, woodland and along the river
15.15-16.30 - A yoga class to release, relax and restore
Open to all except complete beginners. Transport available from London (1 hour drive/train).

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
