We're back in the stunning surroundings of Hastens where you'll be welcomed with a healthy energy drink and invited to lounge on beds that will alter the way you think about sleep forever!
We have the beautiful Ashleigh Jayne back by popular demand and she'll be teaching 45 minutes of yoga on the showroom balcony at 7pm. The focus will be on detoxification.
Then join us downstairs for a healthy living talk and demonstration. Grab your complimentary hydration drink and join in our interactive quiz for the chance to win a prize.
We will coach you about making healthy choices whilst you enjoy a protein smoothie and we can help you put a plan in place to achieve your health and wellness goals for the months ahead. We'll also be revealing the details of our 30 day healthy living challenge!
