Description
Join yoga teachers Sue Cooper and Fatuma Hali on Saturday 10th December 3-5 pm for this Winter Wellbeing yoga and sound immersion.
In this darkest part of the year, come along to rest, rebalance, recharge and reconnect, to be nourished and uplifted and to tap into the deep restorative stillness of the season.
The afternoon will begin with an easeful yoga flow, suitable for all, designed to release and relax tired muscles, steady the mind and nervous system, to open and uplift the breath, body and heart to receive.
This will be followed by a restful and rejuvenating sound bath: get cosy, lie back and let go into a deep, delicious and delightful sound journey with Fatuma.
We are offering tickets to this event priced on a sliding scale with the intention to make it accessible and affordable to a wider range of people in our communities.
Supporter Rate- upper end of sliding scale
People paying at this higher level will be enabling community members with less access to financial resources to participate in the event at a lower rate.
Regular Rate - middle rate of sliding scale
This is the base cost of this course or training, the price that would be charged in the absence of the tiered scheme.
Community Rate - lower end of sliding scale
The lower rate is intended to make this event accessible to people in our community whose economic circumstances would otherwise prevent them from taking part.
Please bring a shawl, cosy wrap or blanket for the relaxation. You’re welcome to bring a cushion for your head, eye-pillow or whatever helps you to feel supported in relaxation.
Doors open at 2.45pm.
Please let us know in advance if you have any health issues or injuries which will affect your yoga practice.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
