The retreat is based in the stunning backdrop of fields, forest and among paddocks where you can watch the ponies grazing.
Yoga to gently stretch into the body and quieten the mind easing away any aches and pains. All abilities are welcome! No Yoga experience needed.
African Drumming to help you deeply tune into the powerful hypnotic vibrational sound that your soul can get lost in
Forest Bathing in hammocks will help you slow down and unwind connecting deeply in with all your senses to absorb the quiet wisdom of nature.
Refreshments and Biscuits will be available throughout the day and a beautiful buffet of vegetarian dishes will be laid out to enjoy during the lunch break.

Important Information:
Please arrive 5-10 mins before retreat start time, late entrance may not be permitted to reduce disruption.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one( or let me know and you can borrow mine for the day), blanket, water bottle, sun hat or extra layers
Please bring your phone to find us but then you are strongly encouraged to disconnect from your every-day life and turn off your phone so you can fully immerse yourself in the activities for the duration of the retreat.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to weather or non viable numbers full refunds will be provided.
Please advise the teacher before the session if there are any physical/mental health needs they may need to be aware of.
