Emma Peel Yoga and Ceri from Natural Kitchen Adventures blend their special kind of magic to bring you a deliciously inspiring and relaxing yoga and supper retreat in the heart of Peckham Rye.
The retreat will be held at The Peckham Yoga Den, an intimate space in a private leafy garden in Bellenden village.
Come and unfold with an evening of Yin Yoga (90 minutes), meditation (30 minutes), time to sit and relax in the garden followed by a gorgeous three course healthy, gluten free and vegetarian supper in the conservatory with, your choice of yang!
The group is intimate (no more than six), the experience big.

Eat light two hours before and stay hydrated throughout the day. Wear comfortable fitted yoga clothes, bring socks and a sweatshirt for meditation. There is no need to change for dinner, but we definitely won't judge you if you do decide to change. We have a shower, towels and everything else you could want. Just bring you, be you and enjoy the night as it unfolds just as you will.
Emma 's teaching is focused on moving with consciousness, body awareness, understanding individual anatomy and the flow of energy in the body. In her classes, she shares her knowledge of the subconscious levels of the Yoga practise incorporating spirituality and the Toaist view of meridians, energy and their connection to both the body and mind.
Emma teaches with passion and love creating a journey of both physical and inner transformation through being fully present and aware. Her classes are a physical, emotional and thoughtful journey.
Ceri, professional Natural Chef, completed a 6-month natural chef training passing with honours, at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California at the beginning of 2014. She now lives and works in London as a freelance natural chef, food writer and healthy cooking instructor. As a natural chef Ceri she has worked for Retreat Café, Blackheath Cooks, Made in Hackney, The Shoreditch Trust and had her work featured in various on-line and published publications.
In April 2015 Ceri was thrilled to receive a Highly Commended in the Health category at the UK Blog Awards. Ceri’s food, recipe & nutrition obsession had been steadily growing over the last decade. As a chef she has worked with many including Soho’s Retreat Cafe, and bespoke yoga retreats and private events.
Ceri loves her work as a whole foods cookery instructor. It enables her to share her knowledge with so many inspiring members of the public. Work as a healthy eating sessional worker in a community setting with the Shoreditch Trust is one example.
