Description
A Sunday morning at The Peckham Yoga Den with Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yang Yoga, followed by raw energy bars and an almond milk latte or turmeric latte.
Practise will begin with a guided Meditation followed by a long Yin Yoga practise which will increase in intensity nudging us into a Dragon Dance.
Moving from Yin into Yang, we are invited to explore the concept of duality contemplating Stillness and movement, scattering and gathering, holding on and letting go, the doing and the being.
