Yin yoga offers a remedy to the stress and hustle of your busy yang life. By concentrating on restorative poses that are held for several minutes, we target your deeper fascia and connective tissues, you’ll experience increased flexibility and improved joint health.
This practice not only nourishes the physical body but also cultivates a deep connection between the mind, body, and soul. It allows us to release stagnant energy and emotions, creating space for healing and transformation.
We learn patience and acceptance, cultivating self-compassion, self-love by honoring and caring for our bodies.
Organiser
Our The Spiritual Healing Temple is based around at the Hare and the Moon shop offering events and spiritual treatments. We have a large studio space to offer group workshops and classes, and healing rooms for individual treatments.
We are a non-denominational, all-inclusive and accessible spiritual wellness centre dedicated to celebrating the Divine Energies. We also offer a sacred space for quiet contemplation.
