Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga blends the benefits of dynamic movement with restorative stillness, to create a truly balanced practice.
The first half of the class flows through a series of energising, yang-inspired postures that help to build strength, mobility, and mental clarity. These flowing, active movements encourage connection with the breath while warming the body and releasing physical tension.
The second half of the practice shifts toward the yin, with longer held passive postures that target the deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. These slower, grounding stretches help to release deep-seated tension, encourage flexibility, and promote a profound sense of relaxation.
With variations offered throughout the class, you’ll be able to tailor the practice to your body’s needs - designed to help you leave feeling centered, restored, and relaxed.
Organiser
Our The Spiritual Healing Temple is based around at the Hare and the Moon shop offering events and spiritual treatments. We have a large studio space to offer group workshops and classes, and healing rooms for individual treatments.
We are a non-denominational, all-inclusive and accessible spiritual wellness centre dedicated to celebrating the Divine Energies. We also offer a sacred space for quiet contemplation.
