Xylem and Phloem curate inspiring monthly events combining yoga, brunch and floristry workshops around London. Launched by fitness and floristry duo Tash Richards and Freddy Owen as a venture to bring space and creativity into your working month.
Graduating from Stretch Studio in East London, Tash teaches a dynamic vinyasa class focusing on elegant flows and tuning into the breath. Known for her observant eye to posture and form, and warming meditations, Tash’s class is the perfect start for a day with XP.
Our ceramics session will be three hours of learning to make pinch pots of varying shapes and sizes, a time to nurture your creative intuition and go where it feels right. More details to be added soon.
Sophie Gordon of Dust Granola will be creating her signature scrumptious breakfast bowls to nourish and fuel your creativity. Expect fresh fruits, indulgent homemade compotes, rich nut butters and her eponymous Dust Granola.
All in the beautiful Blank 100 space in De Beauvoir.
