This month we have invited Liane Ward from Norwich Business School (UEA) to talk to us about Bullet Journaling.
‘Bullet Journaling’ is the latest ‘cult productivity system’ that in essence is like a modern filofax system. A place to record everything, organise your life, a safe space where you can get creative and be inspired.
Taking up Bullet journalling could also offer a refuge away from the glow of screens and the lure of social media – peace of mind in an age of information overload.
Why it Works: The Psychology of Bullet Journaling
Put simply, learning to use this system will enable you to externalise your thoughts. This will free up mental space so that you are able to think more clearly and concentrate better. Your life is captured on the pages of your Bullet Journal. Bullet Journaling is more powerful than other paper planning methods because it is also a life record. It is a place where you can reflect on your accomplishments and happy moments. Research shows that taking time to self reflect, appreciate what’s going well, and create a vision for your future boosts wellbeing.
We plan to invite a speaker to the Wymondham Business Network once every 3-6 months, and have member talks in between.You'll still have a chance to do a 60-second introduction of your business.

Tickets are £12 or £10 for members.
Annual membership is £30 and can also
be purchased.
