Join us to learn how to make your own Christmas Wreath
Feeling festive?
Come and join us to create your own unique Christmas Wreath using seasonal foliage, berries and decorations. Your ticket will also include some festive refreshments!
Learn the history of wreaths and the best foliage to include in them. You will be provided with everything you need to create your own wreath including a natural vine base, a selection of seasonal foliage, berries and decoration and the necessary equipment to secure and hang them. The wreaths are the perfect Christmas Decoration and look beautiful hanging on doors or in your home.
We will be hosting the event at the beautiful botanical gardens in the Dorothy Fox Education Centre. The Gardens are perfect for a walk round before or after the session.

Dimensions and getting your wreath home.
The base of the wreaths are 30 cm in diameter and you will be creating out from this point. Expect up to an extra 10 cm in diameter. Wreaths are best carried by hand but if you have a large bag that would also help!
Getting there
The workshop will be held in the Dorothy Fox Education Centre which is close to the public toilets and noticeboard. It is best accessed via the Thompson Road entrance 9just off Ecclesall Road) and is a short walk up the hill in the botanical Gardens. On street parking is available in the area.
