    Description

    Workshops for Living Creatively

How to use creativity to stay sane

Are you interested in finding space to take stock, explore possibilities and receive tips for happier, calmer living?

Staying Sane is a series of workshops designed by experienced psychotherapists, Melanie Cox and Ellie Spruell for people who would like to access some support but may have neither the appetite or wallet for long term therapy. We are both trained in using the Arts therapeutically and have found the use of creativity greatly aids the discovery and exploration of self and possibility. You do not have to be an artist to explore your world creatively.

Our workshops will introduce you to creative and physical exercises that can be easily incorporated into your day-to-day life. Helping you to:-

    Reduce your stress levels

    Update limiting self beliefs

Identify new and exciting ways forward

    Sidestep old blocks and patterns

Be more yourself with other people

    Increase awareness, confidence and focus

The course is £120 and runs for 6 sessions weekly from Monday July 6th to Aug 17th, 10.30 - 12.30 at Bootstrap.

Come to one of our £5 taster sessions in Room MM at Bootstrap on Monday June 15th at 10-11am or Thursday June 17th 11-12am to find out more!
