You are invited to join us for our second Woodland Wellbeing Retreat Day in the forest school site at West Stow Country Park to explore the benefits of nature connection.
Drawing on forest school principles, modern psychology, neuroscience and ancient wisdom, this beautiful day of relaxation, fun and connection is certain to leave you feeling lighter and fully nourished.
During this retreat day we will be exploring the elements of nature (air, fire, water, earth and spirit) with a focus on living harmoniously within ourselves, with each other and with our environment.
The day will include:
Welcome circle and discussion
Forest school style craft activities
Bring and share lunch around a campfire
Guided natural mindfulness walk
Your guides for the day will be wellbeing consultant, Tina Gibbons and qualified forest school practitioner, Steph Holland.
Some of the feedback from our first Woodland Wellbeing Workshop
"Some days are just perfect! I was lucky enough to spend yesterday at West Stow with a group of wonderful women lead by Tina Gibbons of The Mind Sanctuary. Tina became a Human Toolbox Practitioner last year and shares with me a fascination for linking ancient wisdoms with modern science. Yesterday Tina lead a Woodland Wellbeing day which involved meditation, mindfulness, walking, laughter, creativity and lots of play and fun! We all came away feeling joyful, nourished and rejuvenated. I can't wait for the next one!"
"From the beautiful space, to the ingenious name tags, the beautiful walk, the utterly delicious lunch, the opportunity to play ... I am filled with gratitude for this lovely day spent with all you gorgeous people. Thank you Tina Gibbons and team - for connection, medicine & beauty xxx "
