A weekend retreat designed for deepest nourishment and rest. Set in the heart of Glastonbury, our days will be spent in slowness, connecting to the space within and the land around us. We will enjoy daily Yoga Nidra and bathe in the healing frequencies of the Gong and Crystal Singing Bowls; creating space, ceremony and ritual in our rest cave. Everything is optional on this retreat and you can join in as little or as much as you’d like; whatever feels good for you. This space is really an opportunity to feel nourished and rested.
We will be working with the Daring To Rest Yoga Nidra method which plays with the themes of Rest, Release and Rise. We will experience a journey through these three phases and you will leave with some tools to take home to help nourish yourself and embrace more restfulness in your daily life.
Our space for the weekend is within walking distance to Glastonbury town centre and the Tor and there will be space in the schedule so that you can explore this magical place.
Accommodation
Our cosy cottage sleeps 8 guests in twin rooms. It’s equipped with Kitchen, AGA cooker, Utility Room including Washer & Dryer, spacious Dining Room, Lounge/Rest Space, Upstairs Bathroom (WC, Bath & Shower) downstairs WC and one en suite shower room.

Practicalities:
Where: The house is located within walking distance to Glastonbury town.
Parking: Off road parking for two cars as well as on-road parking.
Trains & Taxis: There are regular trains from London to Castle Cary and I can arrange a taxi share for you at specific times from the station to the retreat. We would also love to encourage car sharing so if you are driving and would like to offer a seat then please let us know : )
Bathrooms: One of the twin bedrooms has an en suite, the rest of the rooms share one main bathroom and another washroom with toilet and basin. This is reflected in the price for this retreat : )
Your Guide
Louise is Deep Rest Facilitator and Somatics coach guiding people towards re claiming their vital energy through the therapeutic rest systems of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. She holds nurturing containers for groups and individuals to slow down, find embodied connection to the self and experience more peace and regulation in the nervous system.
She has been on a deeply transformative plant medicine journey since 2015 and offers groups the opportunity to experience gentle plant medicine journeys to explore and connect to the bodies’ wisdom and process the stories that are held there towards integration and a sense of wholeness.
Louise works with a variety of instruments including Planetary Earth Gong, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing bowls, har
monic chimes, voice, lap harp and various percussive instruments.
