On October 19th Acqua7 will present wines from the renowned Castellare di Castellina winery in Chianti and from their extraordinary joint venture with Domaines Baron de Rothchild-Lafite in Maremma, Italy.
The 4 wines include Vermentino di Frassinello to start, Castellare di Castellina's Chianti Classico and immense red wines from Rocca di Frassinello.
The wines will be accompanied by food.
From Jewish slum to financing the defeat of Napoleon, the story of the Rothschild Dynasty is that of rags to riches and we welcome Rothchild wines to Acqua7 as an inspiration to Dalston.
