What is Buy London?
An events brand that introduces Chinese investors who are looking to put money into the UK property market to agents and brands that can help them successfully achieve this.
Who attends Buy London events?
Its events are aimed at Chinese investors, either individuals of companies, based in the UK or overseas, although anyone may register to attend. There will be an emphasis on serving the needs of this group including bilingual literature and presentation materials. The events are also attended by property industry professionals.
What can they expect to find there?
Information – Expert insight into London, reasons to place money in certain areas and an opportunity for developers to showcase their schemes.
Introductions – Opportunities for investors to meet agents and developers informally with a view to making a purchase or to register their interest.
Above and beyond – A chance for property-related service providers to pitch to a market that would normally be difficult to reach. Exhibitors might include solicitors, management companies, financial advisors, builders and interiors specialists.
Are the events general in their scope?
No. Each event addresses a specific topic and area and will have different speakers and exhibitors that complement the chosen theme.
