Chase Gin invites you to enjoy a slice of the countryside this summer atop of John Lewis’ lush walled garden. Hidden away on their rooftop, sits a slice of tranquillity in the heart of London, with unparalleled views and cocktails inspired by nature and great flavour combinations.
Come on up and celebrate the start of summer. Sip a delectable variety of Chase gin, full of crisp botanicals and aromatic hues. In the exclusive Hedgerow Bar, guests can expect uniquely crafted gin and vodka cocktails bursting with summer fruit flavours and fresh colourful garnishes, inspired by the seasons.
Keep it classic with a twist, with one of our signature G&T serves: 1) Chase GB G&T with ginger garnish, 2) the Chase Pink Grapefruit G&T, 3) the Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple G&T. Delve into 4) the Chase Pink Grapefruit Cucumber Collins. or 5) the Chase GB Meadow Mojito. Or be adventurously British and try 6) the Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Rose Spritz, with hints of rose, deliciously tart rhubarb and autumnal apples, it’s likely to become the flavour sensation of the summer!
From now until the end of September, guests can enjoy Chase with friends after work or snuggle-up and find a hidden hedgerow nook under the stars. For this limited time, Chase has curated a space to give Londoners a slice of nature and lush green scenes in the hustle and bustle of the city. Visitors can expect a sensory experience; their very own portal into the countryside. Where hedgerow bars dance in the wind and wildflower walls scream out for a selfie! Here fruits, herbs and flowers will transform the London skyline into a colourful countryside meadow.
So join us - kick back and enjoy a drink in the Willows on the Roof x Chase Gin walled garden. Areas of the garden will be themed to bring to life the balance of flavours of Chase Gin. In the exclusive Chase Hedgerow Bar visitors can expect a menu of all Chase gin and vodka cocktails, with the main bar serving the broader range of Diageo products.
On launch night we will also have our experienced Chase Brand Ambassador, Adam McGurk, creating cocktails and providing more information on the Chase gin for consumers and VIPs.
Following the Jubilee weekend, Chase will also be taking over Sloane Square with a delicious menu of Chase cocktails.
