What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We would recommend arriving by train as we are located within 2 min walk from Balham Tube and Train Station.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Outside drinks are not permitted.

I have allergies?
The menu will be set but should you have any serious allergies please do let us know in advance.
Vegetarian is also available but please do let us know when you book.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes or have your e-ticket viewable on your phone. We will also have a printed guest list on the night so if you have any troubles let us know.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds after purchase of a ticket. If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Please bring a ticket with you as proof of purchase or a copy of the ticket on your android.
