Join us for the closing ceremony of the Wild Winter Wellness festival at Coal Drops Yard. A day of meditation and contemplation to guide us out of the winter season as spring begins to show its first light.
The afternoon starts at 2pm with the ever-popular immersive sound and light meditation by BeBox (with artist Based Upon) - tickets for this are limited!
At 4pm we will gather at the great fires in the main Coal Drops Yard area for a welcome and set off on a very special short meditation walk to the immersive film screening of pioneering meditative documentary Walk With Me about the great Zen Master and Mindfulness pioneer Thich Naht Hanh at the Everyman Cinema in Kings Cross, followed by direct Q&A.
This meditative documentary, directed by Marc J. Francis and Max Pugh (narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch), is a journey into the world of the great global spiritual leader and peace activist, revered throughout the world for his powerful teachings and influential creation of the mindfulness movement. A special director’s Q&A will follow with Marc J.
