Hello London!
We would like to invite you to a special dinner...
We are 4 Hackney based Spanish chefs who want to spend next Friday night cooking a tasty traditional Galician 4 course dinner just for you.
This is the first in a series of WILD pop-ups that will hopefully become a regular fixture in your diaries...stay tuned!
About us ...we are all qualified chefs from fine dining and Michelin star catering backgrounds, but in our own time we like to cook with the heart, soul and flavours of truly great Spanish cuisine, and see if we can put some smiles on the faces of you Londoners!
So we hope you will come along on Friday 11th March, enjoy the food from our heritage that we are so proud of, drink some wine (OK, lots of wine..) and have fun!
MENU
Welsh hand raked mussels with a citrusy vinaigrette salad of kale, smoked ricotta and heritage tomatoes

Pulpo a feira - traditional Galician octopus with Desiree potatoes, paprika and EVOO

24 hour slow cooked pork ribs marinated in saffron, garlic, vinegar and herb, with confit Piquillo peppers and smoked roast garlic mash
*
Valhrona chocolate and gianduja brownie with vanilla custard and bergamot
VEG MENU
Shitake mushrooms on citrus vinaigrette, kale, smoked ricotta, heritage tomatoes

Roast vegetable escalinada, clarence court poached egg, Desiree potatoes, roast garlic ailoi, crispy kale

Stuffed piquillo peppers, smoked roast garlic mash, spiced chickpeas, tarragon mayonnaise

Same dessert as above

BOOZE
There will be a bar with some great quality Spanish wine to compliment the dinner at £15 a bottle.
PRICE
£30 for all 4 courses. Pre-pay is required please so we can buy the food and rent the great venue for you!
